National Day to Inspire your Heart with Art

National Day to Inspire your Heart with Art

Today is National Day to Inspire your Heart with Art. Finding a creative outlet for our emotions is one of the most important tools in our mental health toolbox. Many of us often don't take the time to be creative whether that be writing, painting, cooking, drawing, or building. Consider how you might use your creative side to express emotions and feelings locked up inside. Don’t worry about whether you're doing it correctly or not. What is important is that you are expressing what's inside of you in a way that is meaningful to you. So, grab some ingredients, a pen, a paint brush, or tools, and see what happens.
