* Custodian

Appleseed Community Mental Health Center has an opening for a part-time custodian.  This position performs interior cleaning duties for facility including but not limited to: sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors, dusting, trash removal, cleaning restrooms, cleaning kitchen, washing windows, and other duties as assigned.

 

Work hours are 7:00am to 10:00am Monday –Friday. Must be able to operate basic cleaning equipment and have sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of the job. Physical requirements include climbing, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, standing, and walking. Must have good problem solving skills, sound judgment, some mechanical aptitude, and a demonstrated ability to work well without direct supervision.  High School Diploma or equivalent and clean background check required.
