* Support Staff/Receptionist
Appleseed Community Mental Health Center has an immediate opening for full-time Support Staff. This position is responsible for answering the telephone, routing calls, scheduling appointments, making reminder calls, receiving and receipting payments, and other miscellaneous front desk duties. Standard work hours are 3 days per week 8:30AM – 5:00PM and 2 days per week 11:30AM-8:00PM. Must be computer literate, familiar with Excel and Microsoft Word, and detail-oriented. Candidates must be personable with excellent communication skills, able to juggle multiple tasks, aware of the ethical and legal rights of persons served and staff, and the ability to organize projects quickly and effectively. Previous office experience preferred and experience with client registration would be helpful.
