* Youth Case Manager

Appleseed Community Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking to fill a full-time position of Youth Case Manager. Looking for an energetic individual with good time management, organizational and writing skills to join a treatment team providing psychiatric case management services for emotionally disabled youth and their families.  Duties include individual and group interventions, crisis management, assisting individuals to develop communication and relationship skills, and coping strategies along with providing advocacy, assessment, linkage, monitoring and support.   Flexibility, dedication, and the ability to relate successfully to parents, children and teens are expected. Familiarity with Ashland County resources desired. Majority of work provided in client homes, schools, or community sites.  Must have reliable transportation and pass a background and driving record checks. BA in related field required, experience preferred.
