Leta Planz

Leta Planz, MSW LISW-S is a clinician who works with youth, families, and individuals.  She specializes in working with the client/family to decrease the symptoms related to trauma and mood disorders (ex: anxiety or depression).  Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) are examples of three evidence based practice therapies that she is certified in to help clients/families to reach their goal for treatment.
