Chris Lewis

Chris Lewis is a youth case manager, Transitional Age Youth (TAY) liaison, and social work intern. Chris has been at

Appleseed since October of 2017. Chris primarily assists and supports teens and young adults  ages 16 to 24 in transitioning from their teen years into adulthood.

Chris is currently in graduate school at Edinboro University working towards his master’s degree in social work.
