Appleseed Community Mental Health Center is seeking a highly skilled therapist/social worker to join our Adult Team full time. Experience working with adults, families, and/or groups around behavioral, emotional, and cognitive issues required.

* Crisis Worker- PRN

Appleseed Community Mental Health Center is seeking to fill a PRN position for a mental health crisis prescreener. This PRN position requires evening and weekend hours with a flexible schedule depending on the needs of the persons served.

*Corrections Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist

Appleseed Community Mental Health Center, in collaboration with the county mental health board and correctional system, has an immediate need for a highly skilled full-time mental health counselor to join our team.

* Youth Counselor

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Giving yourself permission to take care of yourself is essential for good mental health care. None of us can burn the candle at both ends and up in a good place. We eventually wear down. When you feel yourself being emotionally tapped out, take time to refuel. This will look different for each of us. For some, getting away with family and friends is reenergizing. For others a weekend of solitude does the trick. However you are wired, make sure you keep a check on your emotional tank and when it is getting empty, take the time to recharge.
