Appleseed is hosting its dine to donate fundraiser at the Ashland Chipotle on Monday Feb 5, 2024 from 4-8pm at 1988 E. Main St. US250! 33% of orders between 4-8pm on Feb 5 will be donated back to our agency! What do people have to do in order to have their purchase count? In order for your purchase to count towards our fundraiser, you must either a) verbally tell our cashier of your participation, b) show a physical fundraiser flyer (attached), c) show a digital flyer on a smartphone or other mobile device (Fundraisers - Appleseed Mental Health), or d) use your fundraiser’s online ordering code to place an order for pickup through the Chipotle app or website. Can my online order be counted towards the fundraiser? Yes! Online or in-app orders can be counted towards your fundraiser. Supporters must place their orders for pickup through the Chipotle app or website and during checkout use your fundraiser’s code in the “promo” field. Your unique code will be shared with you via email once we have approved your fundraiser. Appleseed’s unique online ordering code is: LD9AKWB Please note that fundraiser online ordering is only valid through pickup during the fundraiser’s scheduled date, time, and assigned restaurant. Ordering delivery for fundraisers is not permitted at this time. *Remember, delivery orders or orders placed at a different time/location than your scheduled event will not count towards our fundraiser.*

Kinship Care support groups are for grandparents and other kinship care providers third Monday of the month Sept 18-April 15. Groups offer networking, education, resources, and support for caregivers taking care of children other than their own when the child(ren)’s biological parents are unable to care for them. Free food and childcare provided. Groups are OPEN and FREE to any kinship care provider in Ashland County.
