About the event
Discover a welcoming space to relax, create, and express yourself through art. In this therapist-led group, you'll use a variety of art materials while exploring emotions, building healthy coping skills, and connecting with others in a supportive environment.
Participants work at their own pace with guidance and reflection throughout the session. This group is best suited for individuals who have previously participated in art therapy or are familiar with therapeutic art-making.
