Groundhog Day

Groundhog Day

Today is Groundhog Day. Will Punxsutawney Phil see his shadow and predict six more weeks of winter weather? Rather than let a groundhog predict your future, be an active planner and problem solver. It is good for your mental health. Write out a list of 2 or 3 things that you want to accomplish over the next few months and then make a simple plan for how every day you can get closer to your goal. Work on your plan every day and before you know it you'll be farther along towards meeting your goals. than if you had passively waited for something to happen.
